~ Dispatch ~
All orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. During busy periods please allow up to 7 working days.
Need an order urgently? Please upgrade postage to first class or recorded delivery

~ Delivery UK ~
​
All items are sent via the Royal Mail by 2nd class post. Postal upgrades are available. Upgraded post options may require a signature.

Kate Boulton Ceramics are not responsible for any delay once dispatched. I can only advise customers of the timescales given by the Royal Mail.

~ Delivery INTERNATIONAL ~

Currently the website is set up to deliver to the UK only. However, if you would like to discuss international shipping, please contact me for prices (dependent on country/weight of order).

~ Returns / Refunds ~

We do not offer returns or refunds unless proof of damage in transit is established.

~ Bespoke Orders~
​
I am unable to offer bespoke ceramic pieces at present. However if you have a preferred style or size of ceramic artwork, please contact me directly to discuss. Not all products have been uploaded to the website and I may have suitable pieces available for you.
~ Multiple Orders ~
If you are working on a project (such as designing a bathroom or kitchen splash back or creating a grouping of artwork to hang together), please contact me. I would be happy to send you images of grouped tiles or similar size/colour work to help you create exactly what you will love.
